Kumusta ulit sa lahat!!!

Mukhang tahimik ulit dito, si Candids lang ang masipag mag-post kahit na busy sa hubby niya and kids. Well I hope everyone is in good health... I have my ear infection since Tuesday kaya ang sakit..masakit din sa pagnguya. Sabi ni Maricor bakit daw malakas pa rin akong kumain..sabi ko naman eh masakit na nga ang tenga ko dapat kumain ako para di sumakit ang tiyan. Saka kasi masarap ang luto. Like yesterday she cooked pinatisang pata ng baboy na may taba at balat..hmmm lakas tuloy kaing ko. No wonder di bumababa ang weight ko...but I'm trying to loose weight.

Mga classmates post din kayo kahit short lang. As we all know si Celle at Ryjoy are enjoying each others company so di sila mapag-blog. Baka busy rin sa night life sa Manila.

RyJoy I talked to your Ninang Lita, she's back in New Jersey. She said that your parents volunteered you to have the design of the project for plaza. I am sure this is a very ambitious project and need a lot of works and helps for fund raising. I will feel better now kasi I know na funds will be handled appropriately. This is for the Mr & Mrs. Club project. Kasi noon when we were still in Canada, I received a solicitation letter from Mr. & Mrs. Club president Olie (now Rizal mayor). In the letter they mentioned the Mr. & Mrs. night/party but never mentioned any project and they were soliciting a minimum of 10000 pesos so they could print our name in the program as sponsor. I never give a donation kasi kung sa party lang gagamitin, eh mas mabuti pang ibigay ko sa nanay ko di ba?

Well, this time daw my cousin told me that all funds must be accounted and only will go to the project. Wala pang plans kung paano makakaipon ng funds kasi they are waiting for RyJoy's design and project estimates. But one source of fund is the donations coming from Rizalians abroad (so kailangan natin ang networking para makatulong). The goal is to make the plaza beautiful and suitable for people to come and relax. Siguro they will have walking trails for oldies and stores for coffees, snacks, etc. Noong elementary tayo, I still remember na pwede tayong umupo sa damuhan sa harap ng stage at manood lang nga mga batang naglalaro. The last time I saw it parang lumiit na yung plaza saka wala na yung damuhan na pwedeng upuan. The only time na nababago ang hitsura ay pag fiesta at pagkatapos ng fiesta puro basura na ang makikita. Nakakalungkot pero totoo di ba? According to Ate Lita, the plan is to have "bayanihan" for the contruction if ever na matuloy which is a very good idea.

Another small project is to donate old computer to Rizal Central School, kasi until now wala pa silang computer for the students. Yun ngang principal typewriter pa rin ang gamit. Kaya kung meron kayong lumang PC na nakalagay sa mga basement ninyo, would you be willing to send them thru a balikbayan box patungong Rizal (at our expense of course). Kung marami ang magbibigay ng computer yung iba sa Library and computer center mapupunta. Meron na raw building ang Mr & Mrs. Club doon sa Tennis court sa centro. Yun palang dating munisipyo ay giniba na at ginawa na lang parking lot.

IF WE ARE WILLING TO HELP, EVERYBODY IS WELCOME. EVERY SMALL THING WILL COUNT. SO I HOPE WE COULD HELP OUR TOWN TO GET BETTER. I think to get us started we need to gather the names and addresses of Rizalians that we know and we can give to my cousin or the Mr. & Mrs. Club president (si Norbing Yerro yata) para mapadalhan ng solicitation letter from Mr. & Mrs. Club. So humanda na tayo, for sure 10000 pesos minimum but you can always donate more. Giov & Sajoy...that's per head not per family ok... j/k jajajaja. At kapag foreigner ang spouse nyo...dapat doble... what do you think Gwen & Candids. Kahit taga Curva (now Aglipay) ka Candids, your donation is always welcome. Rizalian ka naman eh. Siyanga pala sabi ni Ate Lita pinakukumusta raw ako ng biyenan kong hilaw. Tanong ko kung sino...sabi si Mr. Bacolor. Anong say mo?

Gwen, what about a trip to Rizal to set-up and configure all the computers. I am sure you and Elmer could volunteer your time for that. It would be fun. Giov, Medel, and I could supervise the construction...kung meron nang supervisor...manager na lang. jejeje. Pwede ring taga halo ng cemento...meron naman tayong qualification/training noong grade six tayo with Mr. Callanta di ba?

So hintay na lang tayo. Ryjoy pwede bang i-post mo yung project presentation mo para makita din namin. Would it be a good idea kung gumawa sila ng website for that project? Something simple para merong update ang mga donors... What do you think?
SaJoy, since your Mom & Dad are coming to visit you you can tell them about the project, I am sure they will be willing to help and get all the same of Rizalians in California.
